Words Women Use...
FINE ~ This is the word women use at the end of any argument that women feel they are right about but need to shut you up. NEVER use fine to describe how a woman looks. This will cause you to have one of those arguments.

FIVE MINUTES ~ This is half an hour. It is equivalent to the five minutes that your basketball game is going to last before you take out the trash, so I feel that it's an even trade.

NOTHING ~ If you ask her what is wrong and she says NOTHING, this means something and you should be on your toes. NOTHING is usually used to describe the feeling a woman has of wanting to turn you inside out, upside down, and backwards. "Nothing" usually signifies an argument that will last FIVE MINUTES and end with the word FINE.

GO AHEAD (with raised eyebrows) ~ This is a dare. One that will result in a woman getting upset over NOTHING and will end with the word FINE.

GO AHEAD (normal eyebrows) ~ This means "I give up" or "do what you want because I don't care." You will get a raised eyebrow "Go ahead" in just a few minutes, followed by NOTHING and FINE and she will talk to you in about FIVE MINUTES when she cools off.

LOUD SIGH ~ This is not actually a word, but is still often a verbal statement very misunderstood by men. A "Loud Sigh" means she thinks you are an idiot at that moment and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you over NOTHING.

SOFT SIGH ~ Again, not a word, but a verbal statement. "Soft Sighs" are one of the few things that some men actually understand. She is content. Your best bet is to not move or breathe and she will stay content.

THAT'S OKAY ~ This is one of the most dangerous statements that a woman can say to a man. "That's Okay" means that she wants to think long and hard before paying you retributions for whatever it is that you have done. "That's Okay" is often used with the word "Fine" and used in conjunction with a raised eyebrow "Go ahead." At some point in the near future when she has plotted and planned, you are going to be in some mighty big trouble.

PLEASE DO ~ This is not a statement, it is an offer. A woman is giving you the chance to come up with whatever excuse or reason you have for doing whatever it is that you have done. You have a fair chance to tell the truth, so be careful and you shouldn't get a "That's Okay."

THANKS ~ A woman is thanking you. Do not faint; just say "you're welcome."

THANKS A LOT ~ This is much different from "Thanks." A woman will say, "Thanks A Lot" when she is really ticked off at you. It signifies that you have hurt her in some callous way, and will be followed by the "Loud Sigh." Be careful not to ask what is wrong after the "Loud Sigh," as she will only tell you "Nothing."

READ EACH SENTENCE SLOWLY AND THINK ABOUT IT......

LOVE starts with a SMILE , grows with a KISS , and ends with a TEAR .
DON'T cry over anyone who won't cry over you.
Good FRIENDS are hard to find, harder to leave, and impossible to forget.
You can only go as far as you push.

ACTIONS speak louder than words.
The HARDEST thing to do is watch the one you love, love somebody else.
DON'T let the past hold you back, you're missing the good stuff.
LIFE'S SHORT. If you don't look around once in a while you might m! iss it.

A BEST FRIEND is like a four leaf clover, HARD TO FIND and LUCKY TO HAVE.
Some people make the world SPECIAL just by being in it.
BEST FRIENDS are the siblings God forgot to give us .
When it HURTS to look back, and you're SCARED to look ahead, you can
look beside you and your BEST FRIEND will be there.

TRUE FRIENDSHIP "NEVER" ENDS. Friends are FOREVER .
Good friends are like STARS You don't always see them,
but you know they are ALWAYS THERE.

DON'T frown. You never know who is falling in love with your smile .
What do you do when the only person who can make you stop crying is the
person who made you cry?
Nobody is perfect until you fall in love with them.

Everything is okay in the end. If it's not okay, then it's not the end.
Most people walk in and out of your life, but only FRIENDS leave footprints in your heart.
Send this on to everyone special in your life, even the people who really make you MAD sometimes
and to the people whose lives you want to be in!!!

And send it back to the person who sent it to you if they mean something to you!!
Remember, every minute spent angry is sixty seconds of happiness wasted.

AWESOME PRAYER :

May today there be peace within you.
May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
"I believe that friends are quiet angels who lift us to our feet when our wings have trouble remembering how to fly."
READ ONLY IF YOU HAVE TIME FOR GOD

God, when I received this e-mail, I thought...
I don't have time for this...
And, this is really inappropriate during work.
Then, I realized that this kind of thinking is...
Exactly, what has caused lot of the problems in our world today.
We try to keep God in church on Sunday morning...
Maybe, Sunday night...
And, the unlikely event of a midweek service.
We do like to have Him around during sickness...
And, of course, at funerals.
However, we don't have time, or room, for Him during work or play...
We can, and should, handle on our own.
May God forgive me for ever thinking...
That... there is a time or place where...
HE is not to be FIRST in my life.
We should always have time to remember all HE has done for us. If, You aren't ashamed to do this...
Please follow the directions!

Jesus said, "If you are ashamed of me, I will be ashamed of you before my Father."Not ashamed?
Pass this on ONLY IF YOU MEAN IT!!Yes, I do Love God.

HE is my source of existence and Savior.
He keeps me functioning each and every day.
Without Him, I will be nothing.Without Him, I am nothing.

But, with Christ, HE strengthens me. (Phil 4:13)

This is the simplest test.

If You Love God... And, are not ashamed of all the marvelous things
HE has done for you... Send this to ten people and the person who
sent it to you! I don't think I know 10 people who would admit they love Jesus. Do You love Him?

THE POEM

I knelt to pray but not for long,
I had too much to do.
! I had to hurry and get to work
For bills would soon be due.
So I knelt and said a hurried prayer,
And jumped up off my knees.
My Christian duty was now done
My soul could rest at ease.
All day long I had no time
To spread a word of cheer.
No time to speak of Christ to friends,
They'd laugh at me I'd fear.
No time, no time, too much to do,

That was my constant cry, No time to give to souls in need

But at last the time, the time to die.
I went before the Lord, I came, I stood with downcast eyes.
For in his hands God held a book;It was the book of life.
God looked into his book and said "Your name I cannot find.
I once was going to write it down...But never found the time"Now do you have the time to pass it on?
Make sure that you scroll through to the end. Easy vs. Hard
Why is it so hard to tell the truth but Yet so easy to tell a lie?
Why are we so sleepy in church but Right when the sermon is over we
suddenly wake up?
Why is it so hard to talk about God but yet so Easy to talk about
nasty stuff?
Why is it so boring to look at a Christian magazine But yet so easy
to look at a nasty one?
Why is it so easy to delete a Godly e-mail but Yet we forward allof
the nasty ones?
Why are the churches getting smaller but yet The bars and dance clubs
are getting larger?Do you give up? Think about it ... Are you going to forward this,or delete it?
Just remember-God is watching you. Prayer Wheel-Let's see the devil
stop this one!
Here's what the wheel is all about. When you receive this, say a
prayer for the person that sent it to you.... That's all you have to do....
There is nothing attached.... This is so powerful....
Just e-mail this to seven people and watch God's answer To prayer
work in your life. Do not stop the wheel, please....
Of all the free gifts we may receive, Prayer is the very best one....
There are no costs, but wonderful rewards... GOD BLESS!May God keep you and bless you. If this doesn't give you chills,
nothing will...this message is very true.
Hope you are all as blessed as I was from this story. I wonder how
many people will delete this without
reading it because of the title on it?

There once was a man named George Thomas, pastor in a small New England town. One Easter Sunday morning
he came to the Church carrying a rusty, bent, old bird cage, andset
it by the pulpit. Eyebrows were raised and,
as if in response, Pastor Thomas began to speak....."I was walking
through town yesterday when I saw a young boy
coming toward me swinging this bird cage. On the bottom of the cage
were three little wild birds, shivering with cold and
fright. I stopped the lad and asked, "What you got there, son?"
"Just some old birds," came the reply.
"What are you gonna do with them?" I asked. "Take 'em home and have
fun with 'em," he answered. "I'm gonna tease
'em and pull out their feathers to make 'em fight. I'm gonna havea
real good time."
"But you'll get tired of those birds sooner or later. What will you>do?"
"Oh, I got some cats," said the little boy. "They like birds. I'll
take 'em to them."
The pastor was silent for a moment. "How much do you want for those
birds, son?"
"Huh?? !!! Why, you don't want them birds, mister. They're just plain
old field birds. They don't sing. They ain't even pretty!"
"How much?" the pastor asked again.
The boy sized up the p! astor as if he were crazy and said, "$10?"
The pastor reached in his pocket and took out a ten dollar bill.He
placed it in the boy's hand. In a flash, the boy was gone.
The pastor picked up the cage and gently carried it to the end of
the alley where there was a tree and a grassy spot.
Setting the cage down, he opened the door, and by softly tappingthe
bars persuaded the birds out, setting them free.
Well, that explained the empty bird cage on the pulpit, and thenthe
pastor began to tell this story. One day Satan and Jesus were having a conversation. Satan had just
come from the Garden of Eden, and he was gloating
and boasting. "Yes, sir, I just caught the world full of people>down
there. Set me a trap, used bait I knew they couldn't resist.
Got 'em all!"
"What are you going to do with them?" Jesus asked.
Satan replied, "Oh, I'm gonna have fun! I'm gonna teach them howto
marry and divorce each other, how to hate and abuse each
other, how to drink and smoke and curse. I'm gonna teach them how>to
invent guns and bombs and kill each other. I'm really gonna have fun!"
"And what will you do when you get done with them?" Jesus asked.
"Oh, I'll kill 'em," Satan glared proudly.
"How much do you want for them?" Jesus asked.
"Oh, you don't want those people. They ain't no good. Why, you'll
take them and they'll just hate you. They'll spit on you,
curse you and kill you. You don't wan! t those people!!" "How much? He
asked again. Satan looked at Jesus and sneered,
"All your blood, tears and your life." Jesus said, "DONE!" ThenHe
paid the price.
The pastor picked up the cage he opened the door and he walked from
the pulpit.

Notes: Isn't it funny how simple it is for people to trash God and then wonder why the world's going to hell.
Isn't it funny how someone can say "I believe in God" but still
follow Satan (who, by the way, also "believes" in God).
Isn't it funny how you can send a thousand jokes through e-mail and
they spread like wildfire, but when you start sending messages
regarding the Lord, people think twice about sharing.
Isn't it funny how when you go to forward this message, you willnot
send it to many on your address list because you're not sure what
they believe, or what they will think of you for sending it to them.
Isn't it funny how I can be more worried about what other people
think of me than what God thinks of me.
The one that got away
Source: The Manila Times
By: Mark J. Macapagal

In your life, you'll make note of a lot of people.

Ones with whom you shared something special, ones who will always mean something.

There's the one you first kissed, the one you first loved, the one you lost your virginity
to, the one you put on a pedestal, the one you're with... and the one that got away.

Who is the one that got away?

I guess it's that person with who everything was great, everything was perfect, but the timing was just wrong.

There was no fault in the person, there was no flaw in the chemistry, but the cards
just didn't fall the right way, I suppose.

I believe in the fact that ending up with someone, finding a longtime partner that is, does not lie merely in the other person.

I can actually argue that an equal part, or maybe even the greater part, has to do with the matter of timing.

It has to do with you being ready to settle down and commit to someone in a way that goes beyond the little niceties of giddy romance.

How often have you gone through it without even realizing it?

When you're not ready to commit in that mature manner, it doesn't matter who you're
with, it just doesn't work.

Small problems become big; inconsequentials become dealbreakers simply because you're not ready and it shows.

It's not that you and the person you're with are no good; it's just that it's not yet right, and little things become the flashpoint of that fact.

Then one day you're ready.

You really are.

And when this happens you'll be ready to settle down with someone.

He or she may not be the most perfect, they might not be the brightest star of romance to ever have burned in your life, but it'll work because you're ready.

It'll work because it's the right time and you'll make it work.

And it'll make sense, it really will.

So that day comes when you're finally making sense of things, and you find yourself to be a different person.

Things are different, your approach is different, you finally understand who you are and
what you want, and you've become ready because the time has truly arrived.

And mind you, there's no telling when this day will come.

Hopefully you're single but you could be in a long-term relationship, you could be married with three kids, it doesn't matter.

All you know is that you've changed, and for some reason, the one that got away, is the first person you think about.

You'll think about them because you'll wonder, "What if they were here today?"

You'll wonder, "What if we were together now, with me as I am and not as I was?"

That's what the one that got away is.

The biggest "What if?" you'll have in your life.

If you're married, you'll just have to accept the fact that the one that got away, got away.

Believe me, no matter how fairy tale you think your marriage is, this can happen to the best of us.

But hopefully you're mature enough to realize that you're already with the one you're with and this is just another test of your commitment, one which will just strengthen your marriage when you get past it.

Sure, you'll think about him/her every so often, but it's alright.

It's never nice to live with a "might have been," but it happens.

Maybe the one that got away is the one who's already married.

In which case it's the same thing.

You just have to accept and know that your memories of that person will probably bring a nice little smile to your lips in the future when you're old and gray and reminiscing.

But if neither of that is the case, then it's different.

What do you do if it's not yet too late?

Simple...find him, find her.

Because the very existence of a "one that got away" means that you'll always wonder, what if you got that one?

Ask him out to coffee, ask her out to a movie, it doesn't matter if you've dropped in from out of nowhere.

You'd be surprised, you just might be "the one that got away" as well for the person who is your "the one that got away."

You might drop in from out of nowhere and it won't make a difference.

If the timing is finally right, it'll all just fall into place somehow and you know, I'm thinking, it would be a great feeling, in the end, to be able to say to someone, "Hey you, you're the one that ALMOST got away."

Isn't it funny how simple it is for people to trash God and then wonder why the world's going to hell.

Isn't it funny how we believe what the newspapers say, but question what the Bible says.

Isn't it funny how everyone wants to go to heaven provided they do not have to believe, think, say, or do anything the Bible says. Or is it scary?

Isn't it funny how someone can say "I believe in God" but still follow Satan (who, by the way, also "believes" in God).

Isn't it funny how you can send a thousand jokes through e-mail and! they spread like wildfire, but when you start sending messages regarding the Lord, people think twice about sharing.

Isn't it funny how the lewd, crude, vulgar and obscene pass freely through cyberspace, but the public discussion of Jesus is suppressed in the school and workplace.

Isn't it funny how someone can be so fired up for Christ on Sunday, but be an invisible Christian the rest of the week.

Are you laughing?

Isn't it funny how when you go to forward this message, you will not send it to many on your address list because you're not sure what they believe, or what they will think of you for sending it to them.

Isn't it funny how I can be more worried about what other people think of me than what God thinks of me.

You may not realize it, but it's 100% true.

1. At least 2 people in this world love you so much they would die for you.
2. At least 15 people in this world love you in someway.
3. The only reason anyone would ever hate you is because they want to be just like you.
4. A smile from you can bring happiness to anyone, even if they don't like you.
5. Every night, SOMEONE thinks about you before they go to sleep.
6. You mean the world to someone.
7. If not for you, someone may not be living.
8. You are special and unique.
9. Someone that you don't even know exists, loves you.
10. When you make the biggest mistake ever, something good comes from it.
11. When you think the world has turned its back on you, take a look: you most likely turned your back on the world.
12. When you think you have no chance of getting what you want, you probably won't get it, but if you believe in yourself, probably, sooner or later!you will get it.
13. Always remember the compliments you received. Forget about the rude remarks.
14. Always tell someone how you feel about them; you will feel much better when they know.
15. If you have a great friend, take the time to let them know that they are great.

Take delight in the LORD, and He will give your heart's desire. -Psalm 37:4
